Join Elaine Hamilton, licensed therapist and founder of the Soul Care House, and Leeana Tankersley, writer and speaker, for a weekend retreat in the unparalleled beauty of Orcas Island, Washington.
The weekend's theme will be "Begin Again" -- a concept that challenges our pull toward staying shamed, stuck, or spiraling in life. We'll explore how we can embrace our soul's persistent invitation toward growth and freedom. We will share evening meals, inspiring and interactive sessions, and free time to explore and rest.
If you need to learn the sacred practice of beginning again, please grab a friend or two and join us for an unforgettable time together!
•Evening meals (Thursday through Saturday night) will be prepared for you and enjoyed together.
•During our sessions, we'll provide you with snacks and charcuterie for munching.
•Breakfast and lunch will be on your own. You may want to pick up groceries at the ferry landing market or visit the grocery store in Eastsound before coming to the property. There are kitchens and in the main house and guest house.
•If you’d like to go to a restaurant during downtime, you’ll find those in Eastsound, a 20-25 minute drive. It's a good idea to check before you go to make sure the restaurant is open since some close after the summer season.
Here are some things to do:
Get out on the water. A canoe and a couple kayaks are available for your use. (After you sign a waiver since we can’t swim out and rescue you!)
Take a drive into the town of Eastsound to do a little shopping and sightseeing.
Go for a hike. The property sits on 45 acres of private land that you are welcome to explore. Or there are lots of beautiful hiking trails all over Orcas Island.
Take a soak in the Jacuzzi. It’s always ready for you.
